But this is actually a visual puzzle, and several details have been deliberately placed incorrectly. Some are obvious once you notice them, while others require a much closer look.

The first major clue is the clock on the wall. Its hands suggest a time of roughly 10:08, but the positioning and proportions of the hands are inconsistent with how an ordinary analog clock should display that time. It is one of those subtle details that the eye tends to accept automatically until you deliberately examine it.

Another strange detail involves the mother’s hospital identification. She appears to have more than one wristband, while the newborn also has a band that doesn’t clearly correspond with hers. Hospitals carefully match identification bands between a mother and newborn, making mismatched or strangely positioned bands an intentional clue in this puzzle.

Then there is the medical equipment itself. A thermometer is lying casually on the bedside table, while the wall outlet and medical connection behind the bed appear oddly arranged for a functioning hospital room. Several pieces of equipment also seem to exist simply as visual props rather than being connected or positioned where they would normally be used.

So there isn’t just one answer. The picture contains at least three intended oddities: the unusual clock, questionable mother-and-baby identification bands, and strangely arranged medical equipment. Depending on how closely you examine the illustration, you may notice additional inconsistencies—which is exactly what makes the puzzle difficult at first glance.
